Aloha Health founders - Dr. Joseph Boatwright, MD and Dr. Richard Seely, DBA - are committed to carrying out population health projects and programs created with the Aloha spirit in mind:
Aloha in Hawaiian connotes extending the breath of life and health with affection, peace, compassion, and mercy. It guides how we live a life of Aloha which is one when the heart is so full it is overflowing with the ability to influence others around you with your spirit.

Aloha Health, LLC is registered in the state of Virginia and works to achieve the following mission:
Establish for the underserved and under-utilizers of care a patient centered medical home, reduce health disparities, improve social determinants of health, and promote a culture of wellness.
Achieving this mission will result in Aloha Health bringing underserved and under-utilized residents who are eligible, but not currently utilizing existing care appropriate medical and related services.
